At Chrissy Bales, every resource undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets our standards for a custom unit. Some pieces are used to trial new colour formulas, teach styling techniques, create prototypes or take part in quality-control checks. Others may simply not perform to our expectations.

We also include some completely brand-new units in the sale when they don’t meet our strict criteria. For example, if a custom colour shade isn’t an exact match or a fringe has been cut slightly shorter than intended.

All of these pieces become our sample units/products.

Although still good to great quality, certain units may show mild variations due to the procedures they’ve undergone. All relevant details will be clearly outlined in each product description so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

This sample sale features over 100 products, including a wide range of wigs and a smaller selection of closures, bundles, and tape-ins. Units vary in colour, size, texture and length.

Every piece has passed a final inspection to ensure it’s wearable and fit for sale. All units will be washed and styled before dispatch, and any imperfections will be clearly noted.
