I'm not sure if the wig will fit, what can I do?
The size of each unit will be indicated in the description. Please use the measurements below as a guide to find the closest fit:
XS/SMALL: Circumference = 18"–21"
MEDIUM: Circumference = 21.5"–22.5"
LARGE/XL: Circumference = 22.5"–24"
Shipping & delivery
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 10 working days of purchase. While we expect to dispatch sooner, please allow the full timeframe.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 2–3 days
- Europe: 3–5 days
- Rest of the world: 3–7 days
Please note that once a shipment has left us, delivery times are outside of our control. Please track your order and make any necessary arrangements for redelivery if you miss the initial delivery attempt.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
All products included in the sale can be shipped worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Returns
Are all purchases final sale?
Yes.
Due to the nature of the event and sample units, all sales are final.
